Spa Experience

At La Bella Medispa we encourage you to arrive early to start destressing in our relaxation lounge.  As with everything worthwhile, there are no short cuts to an outstanding spa experience.  We're passionate about taking all the time you need to help you unwind, de-stress and renew before your treatment.

The Sound of Silence

To preserve an ambiance of peace and tranquility, La Bella is a cell phone free environment. Kindly turn off all cell phones prior to entering the spa. Guests must be 13 years of age and older.

Spa Arrival & Etiquette

We suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to relax and fully prepare for your journey. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest in not delayed. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled times and will be responsible for full service fee.

Reservations

A credit card is required to reserve all reservations.  A  24 hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. If your service is not cancelled within a 24 hour period your credit card will billed the full amount for your missed service.

Spa Attire

La Bella provides a robe and slippers for your use during each spa visit. Lockers are provided for your personal belongings. For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments, but rest assured our therapists are highly trained in correct draping procedures for your complete privacy.

Gratuity

Leaving a 15-20 percent tip is customary. Tips should be left at the reception desk, which will have gratuity envelopes to be given to the therapist at the end of the day. Although we accept credit cards for the services provided, we only accept cash gratuity.
